Baobeng Fiema Monkey Sanctuary is one of the highlights. There are two monkey species, mona and colobus monkeys, the people in the village nearby believe they are sacred and still practicing traditional sacred rituals.

The guide who is an Christian showed me the monkey’s cemetery, the place for rituals, and told me once you’ll have the power, you can see trees moving around because trees too, have a spirit.

The people in the village are extremely gentle, warm, and nonchalant. I met some good people there.

The only problem, no food.
